The parties to this agreement are 10dollardreams.com and the Member. Creation or use of an account with 10dollardreams.com means the Member accepts all the terms of service of this agreement and is bound by the terms herein. In this agreement, "you" or "your" refers to the Member. Unless otherwise stated, "we or "our" will refer collectively to 10dollardreams.com.

Although we will attempt to keep Members informed of any changes in these Terms of Service, we may amend this Agreement at any time without any prior notification by posting the amended terms on our site. 1. All funds added to your account on 10dollardreams.com are considered advertising purchases or membership fees, not investments or deposits of any kind. All sales are final. 10dollardreams.com does not guarantee any earnings either written or expressed, nor the continuation of the Referral Program, in their present or modified form.

2. Spamming in NO form will be tolerated and we have a zero tolerance of members caught spamming. If you are found to have spammed, 10dollardreams.com will immediately terminate your account without notice or warning. All earnings will be forfeited to 10dollardreams.com. 10dollardreams.com may impose a penalty for each spam policy violation. 10dollardreams.com also reserves the right to determine what violates this policy, in which case, any violation that occurs will result in account termination without refund of any earnings.

3. 10dollardreams.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any Member or Advertiser. Violation of any polices, rules or regulations can result in a warning or possible account termination. Accounts may be terminated for any reason and without any prior notice to the Member or Advertiser. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be subject to refunds.

4. You need to request cash outs from your account on 10dollardreams.com website. All payouts will be paid out through Alert pay. If an error occurs with the payment processor one of 2 things will happen. 1) We will reset your order for payout until the instant processor is back in place. 2) We will manually pay the cashout request. This process may take up to 7 business days. It is the members responsibility to report problems with the payment processor to 10dollardreams.com.

5. 10dollardreams.com will not be responsible for delays or failures in the transmission, receipt or execution of orders, payments, deliveries or information due to events beyond its control (acts of God).The obligations of this contract precede any government enactment.

6. You hereby warrant that all personal information is current and truthful including but not limited to your personal email information. If you have a change in your e-mail address, you agree modify your profile on 10dollardreams.com before further using the service offered by 10dollardreams.com. False Information given during registration or your membership with 10dollardreams.com can result in termination or your account and all earning may be forfeited.

7. If you open an 10dollardreams.com account, you hereby consent to receive periodic newsletters and other types of e-mail communications from 10dollardreams.com, including customer service issues, new product offers and other 10dollardreams.com bulletins. We reserve the right to e-mail you at any time regarding issues related to your account and your use of your 10dollardreams.com account.

8. You agree that all transactions involving your 10dollardreams.com account are final and not reversible, and you understand that there is no refund available after completing a transaction.

9. You agree that you are liable for any transactions made from your account, and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 10dollardreams.com or it's advertisers and other members for any transaction of whatsoever nature processed from your account.

You agree that you will not file a chargeback with your credit card company or bank account against 10dollardreams.com, and if you do file a chargeback, your account will be terminated and all earnings in your 10dollardreams.com account will be forfeited and you will be banned from using the services of 10dollardreams.com in the future. In the event of an issue with a transaction that would warrant a chargeback, you are required to contact the administration of 10dollardreams.com immediately for resolution.

11. You acknowledge and accept that in the case of a claim of unauthorized transactions, the presumption shall be that all transactions are authorized by you and are your liability.

12. 10dollardreams.com agrees to not share your personal information with any third parties other than authoritative officials with authoritative rights. We will not surrender any of your information unless a court order and/or a Subpoena and/or a Protective Order is presented to us, and surrender your information only to the proper authorities who have the legal rights to said information. We store and process your personal information on computers that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices.

13. Nothing contained on 10dollardreams.com should be understood as granting you a license to, but not limited to, use any of the trademarks, service marks, or logos owned by 10dollardreams.com or by any third party.

14. You must not divulge your password to anyone else, nor may you use anyone else's password. You agree that 10dollardreams.com will treat any person accessing your account using your password as you, and you understand and agree that any action taken by any person using your password shall be binding on you and all other parties involved in said action.

15. 10dollardreams.com is not responsible for any losses incurred by you as the result of the misuse of your password.

If you have a complaint about the product or quality of the product, you agree to contact the Advertiser from whom you purchased the product and/or service and indemnify, defend and hold harmless 10dollardreams.com. We do not and cannot ensure the quality, safety, or legality of any merchandise received, or even ensuring that the seller will ship the product or service.

18. 10dollardreams.com shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that requests for all payments and cash outs are processed in a timely manner but we make no representations or warranties regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing due to the fact that our service is largely dependent upon many factors outside of our control, such as delays in the banking system or mail system.

19. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR WEB SITE, OUR SERVICE, OR THIS AGREEMENT (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE).

22. Notwithstanding the above, HTML logos or website payments features may be used without prior written consent for the purpose of directing web traffic to 10dollardreams.com. These logos may not be altered, modified, or changed in any way, or used in a manner that is disparaging to 10dollardreams.com. You may close your account at any time by submitting a ticket using our support system on 10dollardreams.com contacting us via email at support@10dollardreams.com with the appropriate topic title: "Close Account". Upon the termination of an account, any and all pending transactions will be cancelled and all unclaimed earnings are forfeited. You will remain liable for all obligations related to your account even after such account is closed.

24. 10dollardreams.com has strict policy banning the use of graphics or links to offensive material. You warrant to us that all copy complies with the standards set by the Advertising Standards Authority and that no content will breach any third party intellectual property rights or be illegal, immoral, offensive or defamatory including but not limited to, nudity of any kind, vulgar language, racial comments etc. You also warrant that all material and/or links you provide to the Website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse or similar thing and will not materially adversely affect the normal operation of any software or hardware of ours or of any visitor to our Website including but not limited to popup and frame breakers. In the event that this policy is violated we work on a 3 strike policy. The first strike will be a warning and your URL removed. The second strike will be forfeiture of all earning to date and removal of URL but your account will remain open. The third strike will result in the termination of your account and the forfeiture of all earning.

25. All members are responsible for alerting the administration of any violation to these terms of service. Rewards may be available to those parties who assist in detecting infractions in the policy.

26. It is your responsibility to ensure that your website URL is functional and has the capacity to handle the volume of clicks we refer.

27. Members must conduct 10dollardreams.com business and act in 10dollardreams's best interest at all times. Any public posting or expression of statements not in 10dollardreams.com best interest will result in termination of membership, without exception.

28. All inactive accounts (accounts not logged into within the last 3 weeks) with an account balance over $10 will be subject to an auto card buy. Auto Card Buy simply means that your account will purchase a new business card for your account. Your account will then be charged a $1.00 service fee. I.e. If you have $10.10 in your account and you have not logged in over the past 3 weeks a card will be purchased for you taking your balance to $0.10. The $1.00 service charge will then be deducted taking your balance to -$0.90.

29. When a new member signs up he/she will receive a FREE Trial business Card. This card will allow the member to see how the system works. This card will shuffle everyday which means that it will make .10 everyday for the first 30-days Guaranteed. This card will not be put into the view cycle. Only purchased business cards will do that. In order to keep the earning from the trial business card the new member must buy at least 2 business cards within that 30-day period.If at the end of the 30-day period the new member has not purchased at least 2 cards, the money received from the trial card will be forfeited. At the end of the 30-day period the trial card will expire and no longer earn. If the new member makes a purchase of 5 or more cards within the 30-days, they can send in a support ticket to receive a free card at the end of the 30-days.

30. When you add funds to your 10dollardreams.com account through one of our approved payment processors you will not be able to withdrawal an excess balance through another payment processor. 10dollardreams.com cannot be used as processor trading site.
I.e. If you fund your account with $500 via Paypal you may not withdrawal any of that amount via Alertpay. The entire $500 must be used to make purchases on 10dollardreams.com. Once that amount is used for purchases we will approve you withdrawal."
